Individual Attorney ApplicationIf you do not see the course you are looking for you need to fill out the Individual Attorney Application and mail or email it to State Bar Association of North Dakota for approval.

Completed Sponsor Application for CLE Credit 2. $45.00 Sponsor Application Fee (either check payable to ND Commission for CLE or by Visa/MC/AMEX) 3. Timed Agenda 4.
