Join us for an informative session on bankruptcy law in North Dakota. As a result of this program attendees will:

Get a quick creditor’s rights update;
Get a case update;
Hear from a large volume debtor’s counsel about how to file and manage debtor cases;
Hear from a bankruptcy trustee about how cases progress with the trustee; and Use a flow chart/ key to follow the steps a creditor should take to react to various types of bankruptcy cases.

Is a member of the Serkland Law Firm in Fargo, where he specializes in the areas of banking, loan documentation, commercial collections, workouts, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and foreclosure.
Mr. David L. Johnson
Graduated from UND School of Law in 1978 and has practiced bankruptcy law in Fargo since, initially with Dave DeMars.
Mr. Bruce L. Madlom
Is a sole practitioner at Madlom Law Office in Fargo, where he has practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, debt negotiation, family law, personal injury and general practice.
Mr. Michael Leonard Gust
Is an associate with Anderson, Bottrell, Sanden & Thompson. He concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor-creditor law, commercial law, and banking law.
