One of the many good works made possible by our members' support of the North Dakota Bar Foundation is the presentation of scholarships to top students from last year's UND Law School first-year class.  Those scholarships will be presented and the students will be honored at a joint Law School/Bar Foundation reception to be held at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks Friday evening, October 17.  Membership in the Bar Foundation is an opportunity to support your profession's good work in many areas, including public education about the legal system and the law, citizenship education in our schools, access to justice for the disadvantaged, and support for the rule of law.  If you are not yet a member of this charitable arm of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, please join today.
