This FREE Ethics seminar is proudly presented by SBAND’s Lawyer Assistance Program, a part of our profession’s disciplinary system.

Program Highlights:

· This presentation covers the incidence and prevalence of these conditions in the legal profession, their signs and symptoms, and effective means for treating them. It also describes the relevant case law and ethical rules that serve as a basis for supporting lawyers (and judges) who violate ethical standards of the profession as a result of their impairments. The faculty also describes the services of the North Dakota Lawyer Assistance Program.

SBAND’s 2008 Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section Seminar, held Dec. 4-5, 2008 in Fargo, was previously approved for 10.5 CLE credit hours by the MN Board of Continuing Legal Education. The Board has now revised the approval to include 10.5 Real Property Specialists credits.
