The Board of Governors is now accepting applications and nominations for the openings on the CLE Commission. The terms of Roger Minch and Lisa McEvers will expire on June 30, 2008. Lisa McEvers is eligible for reappointment.

Under Rule 2, North Dakota Rules Continuing Legal Education, the Board will appoint a chair and members to the CLE Commission. If you want to be considered for nomination or to nominate a practicing lawyer, please send a letter and resume’ to Bill Neumann at the SBAND office, or by email to info@sband.org by Friday, May 30, 2008.
