Several of you have contacted the Bar Association about your experience with the "new" jury questionnaire being used by clerks' offices to qualify potential jurors for possible jury duty. That questionnaire is the work product of the Jury Standards Committee, and was designed to obtain only the information authorized by statute. The Jury Standards Committee will be meeting April 26 to hear concerns and suggestions about the questionnaire. Do you know anyone who needs a fairly large, high-capacity copier?  SBAND has a Lanier 5265 with optional collator and seven-ream paper feed that we no longer use.  In addition to the extra paper feed it has three drawers for different sizes of paper.  It stands on the floor, and with the collator and extra paper feed takes up about as much room as a desk.  It hasn't been used for some time and consequently makes very light copies, so it will need a service call.
