This new features provides users the option to click and learn more about a “Conceptual Search,” the near future legal research; medical information discovery for malpractice, worker’s comp, product liability and other medically-related practices; and finally, a 30-day free trial where you will learn more about the technology and the next generation of knowledge discovery.

CASEMAKER is unique in choosing not to combine future specialty applications for medical, patent and trademark, tobacco and asbestos litigation portals, etc. into an all-in-one offering, as done today with case law and statutory code. Each specialty feature of CASEMAKER applies to a different area of law, and not all users benefit from every feature.

Rather, CASEMAKER will be creating subscription-based options that can be selected, or not, individually based on your area of practice. Case and code research applications will continue to evolve along with additional applications in order to provide you with the most benefit from this service.
