Duty of Train Employees – Backing Movements

The fact that the operation being conducted at the time of the collision was not the usual forward motion of the train, but consisted of backing movements, is a material circumstance to be considered by you in determining whether the precautions taken by the train employees were such as reasonable prudence required in the light of all the circumstances.
