  • A pedestrian crossing a roadway other than within [a marked crosswalk] [an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection] shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway.

     

    [A pedestrian crossing a roadway at a point where there is a pedestrian tunnel or overhead pedestrian crossing must yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway.]

     

    [A pedestrian may not cross a roadway between adjacent intersections at which traffic control devices are in operation except in a marked crosswalk.]

     

    [A pedestrian may not cross a roadway diagonally unless authorized by official traffic control devices; if such crossing is authorized, pedestrians should cross only as directed by the official traffic control devices.]
