  • To establish a Claim for negligence, the Plaintiff must prove by the greater weight of evidence:

     

    1) a lawyer-client relationship;

     

    2) a duty by the lawyer to the client;

     

    3) the lawyer's breach of that duty; and

     

    4) damage to the client proximately caused by the breach of duty.
