  • A property owner may testify as to the value of that property without any qualification other than the fact of ownership. You should consider an owner’s testimony as to value the same as you would the testimony of any other witness, and give that testimony the weight and credibility you think it deserves. If you conclude that an owner’s testimony as to value is not supported by the evidence, you may disregard the owner’s valuation of the property.
