"Counterfeit substance" means a controlled substance which, without authorization, bears the trademark, trade name, or other identifying mark, imprint, number, or device, or any likeness of a manufacturer, distributor, or dispenser other than the person who in fact manufactured, distributed, or dispensed the substance. The unauthorized information could be either on the controlled substance itself or on its label or container.
"Deliver" or "delivery" means the actual, constructive, or attempted transfer from one person to another of a controlled substance whether or not there is an agency relationship.
"Manufacture" means the production, preparation, propagation, compounding, conversion or processing of a controlled substance, either directly or indirectly by extraction from substances of natural origin, or independently by means of chemical synthesis, or by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis, and includes packaging or repackaging of the substance, or labeling or relabeling of its container.
People engage in conduct:
1) "intentionally," if when they engage in the conduct, it is their purpose to do so.
2) "knowingly," if when they engage in the conduct, they know or have a firm belief, unaccompanied by substantial doubt, that they are doing so, whether or not it is their purpose to do so.
3) "recklessly," if they engage in conduct in conscious and clearly unjustifiable disregard of a substantial likelihood of the existence of the relevant facts or risks, such disregard involving a gross deviation from acceptable standards of conduct, except that awareness of risk is not required when its absence is due to self-induced intoxication.
4) "willfully," if they engage in conduct intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly.
