Attorneys admitted to the State Bar Association of North Dakota must complete and report 45 hours of accredited ND CLE activities every three years, including the 3 credit hour legal ethics requirement. North Dakota attorneys must complete their ND CLE hours by June 30 and report ND CLE compliance by July 31.

Self-study

North Dakota attorneys may satisfy up to fifteen (15) CLE credit hours each compliance period through self-study. No more than fifteen (15) total credit hours may be obtained through self-study ND CLE courses. Visit the SBAND Seminars page for a wide range of CLE programs and materials.
